Saying done is not always a resignation!

Written by: | |

We’re sure many of us have exclaimed ‘I’m done!’ in the office at some point, usually out of temporary frustration and without a true desire to quit our jobs.

As this interesting case involving an employee at a costume factory proves, this statement alone should not always be considered a formal resignation, even if it is technically a verbal confirmation.

It’s always best to let staff cool off before checking if they really meant what they said!
