Have you thought about bringing in Summer Fridays for your staff?

A policy whereby companies allow their employees to leave at 12pm every Friday during the summer months has gone down a treat at larger firms like Kellogg’s, Asos and PwC.

In fact, according to a 2022 report, most workers at PwC said the new rule positively impacted their wellbeing to a great extent.
